Wellness Workshops

We know that the road to wellness can be overwhelming. You are not alone - we are here to help support you along the way. As peers with lived experience, we can relate to the process of seeking wellness and living in recovery from mental health issues and disorders (from addiction to depression and everything in between).

Healthy Minds Cooperative offers a variety of workshops that focus on recovery, health and well-being.  These workshops are offered in-house and sometimes in community, responding to the needs of the people we serve.
