We are a member-owned, democratically-controlled charitable cooperative. Our members are people who possess lived experience of mental health challenges, and/or an interest in the topic of mental health (which always includes addiction). We provide free, wellness and recovery programming and opportunities. In addition, people with lived experience who are in a place of wellness and recovery may apply to serve within our Citizen Engagement Program, a unique opportunity through a partnership with Mental Health and Addictions, Nova Scotia Health.
