With Thanksgiving approaching, it is a good time to reflect upon what we are thankful for. Gratitude is not just about being thankful; it can affect our mental health in a positive way when we practice it. Join us as we explore why gratitude is today’s ‘buzz word’ and practice some gratitude journaling. Journals will be provided (one each, per participant), but feel free to bring your own!
