Values: What Matters Most (Wellness Workshop)

Do you know what your values are? Values are important because they guide our beliefs, attitudes and behaviour, and ultimately, much of our life experience. This interactive (and often eye-opening) workshop offers participants the opportunity to explore what they value, so that they can align their life with what matters most.
