Boundaries: Building Healthy Relationships (Wellness Workshop)

Boundaries help to define our relationships and are critical to our overall wellness. Many people without clear boundaries may identify as being a ‘people pleaser’ or may demonstrate co-dependent behaviour (dependence on others for acceptance and validation). If you’re not sure what side of the boundary line you stand on, join us for an interactive workshop where you can practice your boundary setting in a safe, confidential, and relaxed environment.
