Depression: There is Hope (Wellness Workshop)

**Please Note: This workshop is being held on a Wednesday**

We all feel ‘depressed’ from time-to-time, but for some, depression can be a real and serious disorder, dramatically affecting a person’s life. If you have depression, or would just like to learn more about it, please join us. Thursday, October 10th is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is mental health promotion and suicide prevention. Please note that there will be mention of suicide in this workshop, but it will not be the main focus.
