Women’s Wellness Workshops

Join us every Thursday in May and June between 1-3:00 p.m. to discuss a different mental health topic.

We offer participants a safe, non-judgmental and relaxed space to learn about why wellness matters. Although issues related to mental health and wellness are interrelated and overlap, we will focus on one specific topic per workshop. Participants are never asked to disclose personal information at workshops, and your attendance and participation is always confidential.

Workshops are Scent-Free. Please respect fellow participants and staff by refraining from wearing scented body products (such as perfume, body sprays and lotions).

Space is limited! Although we do offer a formal registration, please send us a quick rsvp to let us know if you plan on attending so can make enough tea and coffee (always free for participants).
