Phoenix Rising: The Freeing of Human Potential Change doesn’t have to be hard, or a struggle, or take a long time. Phoenix Rising offers a powerful new context for rapid, profound and generative change. Based on the cutting edge science of quantum biology and the latest thinking on how human beings function, Phoenix Rising offers an alternative to the ‘therapy’ model and shows you how to call up and engage the power of what you already have – and how to use it to work for you instead of against you. If you’re looking for something more or different – this is it. Phoenix Rising will be offered completely within a WEL-Systems context, utilizing both the CODE Model and Quantum TLC . (For more information on both the CODE Model and Quantum TLC, please see www.wel-systems.com). This workshop will immerse you in a small group gathering and will engage you in an interactive process, one morning a week, over a six-week period. The Alchemy of energy: Exploring THE CODE MODEL This workshop is about accessing the full potential in each of us. It is a call to you to allow yourself to unfold your magnificence and engage your inherently magical potential. It is an invitation for those seeking accelerated consciousness, improved health and more authentic lives. The CODE Model is the tool or instrument we’ll use to access this world of energy. When we apply the CODE Model in autopoietic ways to our lives, magical results are possible: life is transformed in a heartbeat, sometimes because perception shifts, always because we call upon the processing capacity of the body. So, please accept my invitation to join me on this journey of The CODE Model. All it requires is an open, inquiring mind and the willingness to consider the world in ways you may not have before. Be prepared to consider lots of questions that don’t have immediate answers. Be prepared also to receive messages from places in your body as well as from your mind. This workshop will immerse you in a small group gathering and will engage you in an interactive process, one morning a week, over a four-week period. Claiming your Personal Power Imagine yourself walking through a brightly sunlit forest. ou come to a clearing. In the clearing you see a magical palace. As you enter through the main gateway you see many doors, each of a different color and shape – all aspects of you. Let’s step in side those doors and see what we can discover about ourselves. Freeing the Expression of Spirit We know that if we ever allow ourselves to know the truth deep inside us, we will no longer be able to continue to do what we’re doing. Imagine what life could be if, every day that you got out of bed, you met the rising sun with the sense of curiosity and play and delight. Come, let’s look at the world through a different lens and see where it takes us. PLAR & Portfolio Development Course Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) is the process of identifying, assessing and recognizing what a person knows and can do. PLAR recognizes that skills are learned in a variety of settings and that formal credentials are not the only means of accounting for learning. In the process of PLA, participants translates his/her life and work experiences into “learning” and creates a portfolio or package of accomplishments and skills. Portfolio Development includes a series of exercises in introspection and self-assessment for the purpose of looking at oneself holistically as a learner. Participants reconstruct and expand their view of themselves and become much more integrated – they wear more comfortably who they are and what they have to offer.
Activity GroupsWriting Group Our group has been meeting since the beginning of 2007. We currently meet from 2-4 pm on the second Tuesday of each month. Each time we meet, we work on a theme, share our writing from the home exercise assigned the meeting before, as well as completing and sharing writing exercises we do during the meeting, and talk about ideas related to the theme. Sometimes we have guest speakers. As well as providing opportunity and encouragement to write and share our writing in a safe environment, the writing group offers our members peer support and writing skills development, as well as fun, creativity and the opportunity to explore ideas, writing genres, and to take risks that build confidence and self-esteem.
